Why We Collect It
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you’ve asked for a website preview, to research and build it using your real business details. We do not use this information for marketing emails, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal Basis
We process this information on the basis of legitimate interest, responding to a genuine enquiry you’ve initiated, and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry and form submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if you go ahead with a build, for the duration of that work plus a reasonable period afterwards for your records and ours. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we don’t keep it indefinitely.
Where It’s Stored
Form submissions are emailed directly to us and are not stored in a public-facing database on this website. This site is hosted with SiteGround.
